I am a mindful executive and leadership coach, dedicated to supporting my clients to meet their professional and developmental goals.

What’s the approach?

I am trained in Presence Based Coaching. My practice draws heavily from mindfulness and somatic practices, deep listening, and a variety of contemplative traditions. My approach is informed by contemporary adult development theories, developmental psychology, complexity theory, and interpersonal neurobiology.

How does it work?

Typical coaching arrangements look like a 1 hour session every week or two, spread out over 3-6 months.

But there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We will work together to design an approach that makes sense for your goals and that fits your schedule.

Sessions are typically held via Zoom, but can be held in-person if you happen to be in central Oregon, USA.
