Hi, my name is

Arthur.

People and culture wrangler.

Organizational development consultant, executive coach, and HR leader cultivating high performing cultures through people experience design and leadership development.

Leveraging organizational development, talent management, and adaptable learning solutions, I enable future-ready teams that drive organizational strategy forward in distributed technology and social-impact organizations.

About Me

How do we unleash the full potential of people to address humanity’s most pressing challenges? This question is the guiding force of my career.

It is what led me into the world of organizational development, talent management, learning and development, and leadership coaching.

Most of my career unfolded over 13 years at the Wikimedia Foundation, the global remote-first organization behind Wikipedia. After starting out as a software engineer, I found my way into HR where I led talent management, learning and development, HRBP, and other people experience programs.

Since then, I started Insight Cascades, an executive coaching and organizational development consultancy. While I love working with a wide variety of clients, I love seeing the long-tail of my work and keep an eye out for a full time position in the right mission-driven social impact organization.

When I’m not working, you can find me either in the mountains (skiing, hiking, backpacking, fly fishing), on a meditation cushion, in the kitchen, or binging scifi.
